NEW TELEPHONE SYSTEM Wednesday 26th July.
We would like to advise patients that we are moving to a new cloud based Practice wide telephone system Wednesday morning.
We hope that patients will not notice too many changes but there are a few new features that will be of benefit.
Patients will have improved options as to which team they need to speak to or leave a message for when calling either Surgery.
Patients can indicate the priority of their appointment before speaking to a receptionist which will help us to help you more efficiently.
Patients can still leave a message for their repeat medication at their registered Surgery however our dispensary team will only be available between 10-11am and 3-4pm for queries each day (except Tuesday pm).
When lines are busy patients will be given the option of a call back from the system rather than wait in the queue.
Please bear with us whilst we adapt to the new system as once we have adapted we are positive we will be able to utilise it to continue to improve the way in which we meet the needs of our patients.
