TIMING REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

A friendly reminder from our lovely receptionists that prescribing and dispensing repeat prescriptions is a heavily regulated process for the safety of patients and therefore cannot be rushed.

Unfortunately, the incidence of patients leaving it until the day before their medications are due to run out before ordering is on the increase and is understandably very disruptive.

Please allow at least 3 working days from the day you submit your request to the day you expect to collect your prescription. Thank you
