Looking for a gentle yet effective way to stay active, improve balance, and enhance overall well-being? We’re excited to introduce our brand-new Weekly Chair Yoga Class, a perfect opportunity to move, stretch, and strengthen your body in a safe and supportive environment! This program is proudly funded by a Care Together Seed Funding grant we have been awarded from Cambridgeshire County Council, allowing us to offer this beneficial class to our members at no cost. Why Chair Yoga? Chair yoga is a fantastic option for anyone looking to stay active without the need for strenuous movement. Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this accessible and adaptable form of yoga offers a range of benefits, including: Enhanced Joint Movement – Gentle stretches help keep joints flexible and reduce stiffness. Increased Strength & Balance – Strengthening muscles and improving stability can prevent falls and promote confidence in daily activities. Improved Well-Being – Movement, breathing exercises, and mindfulness all contribute to reduced stress and an overall sense of relaxation. Perfect for older adults or anyone with limited mobility, chair yoga ensures that you can enjoy the benefits of yoga without having to get down on the floor.
